Meet the guest
Repertoire is important, technique too. But what truly stitches together a good communication strategy is knowing how to ask the right questions.
Owner of admirable clarity, please meet our guest today, Yoli Inácio. Now making waves in Barcelona, I first encountered Yoli's work during our days in Florianópolis—her fashion illustrations were nothing short of breathtaking. A decade later, she's a Brand Advisor, Creative Director, Professor, and expert in asking important questions. She synthesizes all knowledge in impressive ways—I highly recommend her reel series called BRAND FILES, where she dissects and personifies well-known brands.

Y: Birds. Vinyl. And a good coffee machine.
S: Which playlist to accompany an afternoon of work at home?
Y: Honestly, lately I’ve been a huge podcast listener. Huberman Lab, Modern Wisdom, and Diary of a CEO have been constantly on my player for over a year now.

S: How do the colors of your clothes reflect your personality?
Y: Overall I’m a calm, reflective, and practical person, so when it comes to clothing it needs to be minimal, elegant, and put together. My main colors are black, white, red, sometimes a light blue/pink, and denim. Trying to experiment with other plain colors just to be out of my comfort zone, but I feel much more in my element when I’m wearing 100% black.
